When you connect your Google Account, CreflowX may request permission to access only the Google APIs and data necessary to provide the functionality you request.

Google Drive folder structure
YouTube channel information
Videos
Playlists

Upload permissions

We never access unrelated Google Account data.

If you connect Google Drive, CreflowX may:

2.3 Dropbox
If you connect Dropbox, CreflowX may:

Upload generated files

Access is limited to the permissions you grant.
2.4 YouTube
If you connect YouTube, CreflowX may:
Read channel information
Upload videos
Edit titles and descriptions
Update thumbnails
Publish videos
Schedule publishing
Manage videos created using CreflowX
CreflowX performs these actions only after receiving your authorization.
2.5 OAuth Authentication
CreflowX uses OAuth authentication for Google, Dropbox, and other supported providers.
We never receive or store your Google or Dropbox password.
Instead, we receive secure access tokens required to perform authorized actions.
Tokens are stored securely and protected using industry-standard security practices.
2.6 How Google User Data Is Used

Removing CreflowX from your Google Account Security settings
Removing CreflowX from your Dropbox connected apps
Once revoked, CreflowX will no longer access your connected accounts except where necessary to complete pending user-requested actions or comply with applicable law.

4. AI Features

Unless otherwise stated, we do not sell your AI inputs or outputs.
